Erich Fromm&#039;s, The Art of Loving offers the most insightful perspective I have yet to come across on what it means to truly listen.</description>

		<description>Sounds like Comcast. Yes, customer service should be a priority in any consumer-facing business and listening should be taught as it is a more important skill than problem solving.</description>
